The most common question we get via phone calls and emails is what is our return policy? This question comes from the 90 Night In-Home Tryout that is offered by Tempur-Pedic®. People understandably don't want to purchase a mattress via the internet without the ability to try the mattress. We understand this but we also cannot afford to throw away superior quality, lower priced mattresses unlike Tempur-Pedic's® whose profit margin is astronomical given their mattresses are made of simple cheap plastic foam.

Our policy is simple and better. In order to match the Tempur-Pedic® return policy, we'd have to charge you much more for our mattresses, even more than for a Tempur-Pedic®. Therefore, instead of you paying to return our mattress and having nothing to show for your hundreds of dollars spent, and to prevent you from paying too much for the mattress you like, we offer a new, different topper of your choice at half price for up to 30 days after purchase. And you get to keep the original topper that came with the original mattress.  

For example, suppose you decide to purchase our most popular model the Perfection 20 Natural® in a queen. You pay $1800 but after a two weeks of sleeping on it and decide you want a firmer or softer sleep surface, you can buy a new softer or firmer topper at half price. This prevents you from having to return our mattress at tremendous costs and have nothing to show for your decision. You get to keep your mattress, you get an extra topper and you lose nothing!

Tempur-Pedic® however charges shipping to return their mattresses and their starting costs to return their mattresses is $175. It is safe to assume that is the return costs for a twin. For a queen that could be as high as $350.  That is a lot of money to spend to have nothing to show for it!  Don't make that mistake.  Don't pay too much for a plastic mattress.
