Warranty Information on Latex Mattress Sold by Sleep Essentials, Inc.

The Perfection Sleep System consists of three parts and each part is treated differently under these warranty terms.  They are listed accordingly below.

Core – 12 Year Warranty

Our core material consisting of six inches of natural latex rubber comes with a non-prorated limited warranty.  Our warranty protects this material against any and all body impressions greater than 0.5 inches and against softening for twelve full years.  It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal surface hardening of the foam, which occurs from exposure to UV sunlight.

Topper Foam – 12 Year Warranty

Our topper material consisting of 3 inches of natural latex comes with a non-prorated warranty for the first two years and a ten year prorated warranty for the remaining ten years with the balance of ten (10) years prorated 10% annually.  Our warranty protects this material against any and all body impressions greater than 0.5 inches deep.  It is understood that this limited warranty does not include an early minor short-term softening of the foam, nor a normal surface hardening of the foam that occurs over time from exposure to UV sunlight.

Cover Material – 1 Year Warranty

Our cover material that covers all foam in this mattress comes with a non-prorated warranty for the first year.  Our warranty protects this material against defects in manufacturing.  It does not cover normal wear associated with washing and it does not cover normal wear associated with usage.
